• Designing:
  • If you do not have a drawing of the component you need or if you have only a model of the component, even if it is worn-out, for a small charge we will draw and transfer the drawing to a digital medium, and it will be recognized by any CNC manufacturing facility.

• CNC milling:
  • 3D milling services;
  • We mill customised components with universal milling machine and we can produce plastic components of various complexity.

• CNC turning:
  • We turn plastics with CNC and universal turning machine.
  • We turn plastics such as PA, POM, PET, PU etc.

• Bending of plastics:
  • Bending of plastics with automatic and manual bending machine.

• Bending of organic glass:
  • Using special machine we bend organic glass, produce various stands, commercial equipment.

• Laser engraving:
  • We engrave plastic products of various types, differing both in thickness and tones. Using laser we can do especially precise and thin cuts in plastic. We can cut complex contours and engrave a desired text or image.

• Laser cutting:
  • We cut components of various forms, especially complicated ornaments, patterns, stencils, shapes, letters, logos and other sketches created using software.

• Dimensional cutting of plastics:
  • Using horizontal and vertical dimension cutting machine, we cut plastics of various dimensions according to the dimensions provided. Dimensions of work table: 2100 x 7000 mm.

• Plastic forming:
  •     We carry out thermoforming of plastics such as PS, ABS, HIPS, PMMA, PVC, PC, PE etc.

• Production of engineering components:
  • We design and produce engineering components, promotional, office and commercial equipment.

• Production and repair of conveyor belts:
  • We produce belts for specific use and perform splicing, profile bonding, mounting on conveyors.

• Polishing:
  • The edges of plastics are polished with diamond polishing machine, and hardly accessible places of plastics are polished by polishing paste or are melted using a special open firing burner.

• Trade in plastic processing equipment and machines.
